The Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce our new leadership development program, EVOLVE. We recognize that effective leadership is key to ensuring the future growth and prosperity of our community. By educating emerging and current leaders and equipping them with critical skills to be successful, we'll foster a thriving local business community and build a stronger workforce for our employers. This program is geared toward emerging professionals, individuals looking to refresh their foundational skills, or those seeking to further develop their careers and expand their network.

This will be a full year leadership program to include:

• Kickoff Meet & Greet - May 31st, 2023
• 1/2 Day Conference #1: Goal Setting & Professional Interfacing - August, 2023
• 1/2 Day Conference #2: Communication & Conflict Resolution - October, 2023
• Community Engagement & Giving Back: Resurrection Life Food Pantry - December, 2023
• 1/2 Day Conference #3: Effective Project Management - February, 2024
• 1/2 Day Conference #4: Bringing the Future into Focus - April, 2024
• Graduation Ceremony & Mentor Assignment - May 2024

There are built-in mentorship opportunities, and in addition to educational trainings, program participants will expand their network and build an infrastructure for future career development. Based on the feedback and insight of our volunteer Evolve Advisory Board, our goal is to make this program accessible and affordable and to ensure inclusivity of participants from a broad range of community members.

TUITION - $200/PER PERSON | $100/PER PERSON - FOR STUDENTS*
*Students must be currently enrolled in a local college or training program
